In October 2024, we changed our company name from “Mitsui & Co. Plant Systems, Ltd.” to “Mitsui & Co. Project Solutions, Ltd.” This new trading name symbolizes our determination to provide solutions in a constantly changing business environment, and to expand our contribution to all stakeholders, including our customers, suppliers, partners, and beyond, to all of society.

In the past we have met our customers’ needs primarily by supplying plant and equipment in infrastructure fields, such as electric power, steelmaking, transportation, and chemicals. We have expanded our business to include initiatives in fields from renewable energy power generation and power supply to convenience stores. Going forward, we will further diversify our business actively taking up the challenge of providing solutions through business investment and various service business.

Our policy concerning decarbonization, which is a major social priority, is to provide solutions and develop business, including further development of renewable energy, CO2 capture, and the operation of facilities that will contribute to the creation of supply chains for ammonia and hydrogen as next-generation fuels. We will also focus on energy management and recycling business.

We will dedicate ourselves to providing solutions for the future of infrastructure and the realization of our corporate mission to bring reliable safety and security to every corner of society, as set forth in our corporate MVV.
